James Nelson was born in New Bern and has lived here his entire life. This is the place he chose to raise his 3 sons. He and his wife Karen have deep roots in eastern NC.
James started out as a framer over 35 years ago. Now he holds an unlimited contractors license and has dedicated his life to building beautiful, energy-efficient homes. Nelson Custom Homes has built homes in Greenbrier, Taberna, Hunters Ridge, and many other subdivisions in NC.
